KidsGive takes very seriously its responsibility to produce and sell a product that is safe for children. Our products, like many others, are made in China. Because of the recent recalls, we felt it important to let consumers and retailers know more about our products and the steps we have taken to ensure that they are safe for children. Read more here.

Is it safe to order from karitokids.com?
Absolutely. Every page in the Karito Kids online ordering process that requests credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL renders information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
How are shipping and handling charges calculated?
At this time we only offer standard UPS Ground shipping. Shipping charges are based on merchandise total. See the chart below for details on standard shipping charges.

Standard Shipping Delivery Time
Orders can take up to three days to be processed in our warehouse, and this time is in addition to the estimated shipping time. Please keep this in mind as you choose your shipping method. For Standard Shipping, most in-stock items are shipped to arrive within 5-10 business days. Occasionally, items ordered together may be shipped separately; however, you will not incur any additional shipping charges.
How is sales tax calculated on orders?
Sales tax is calculated only on your merchandise total if shipping to California.
What are my payment options?
At karitokids.com we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. All transactions are in US dollars. Sorry, we cannot accept mail-in orders, checks, money orders, cash or CODs.
What are your policies for returns and cancellations?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, simply return it within 30 days of the purchase date. We regret we can not refund delivery charges, and we can not accept the return of customized or special-order merchandise.
Your order is immediately sent to our warehouse at the time it is placed, and we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been submitted.
Refunds can be issued only to the original credit card. We regret that we cannot refund delivery charges.
To return an item purchased from karitokids.com, please send an email to returns@kidsgive.com stating the reason for return, your email address and a contact phone number. We will then issue you a return authorization number. After you have received a return authorization number, please ship the item using an insured or trackable carrier to the address below. Any returns without a return authorization number clearly written on the outside of the package will be refused.
Please note; All items purchased at a retail store must be returned to the store of purchase.

How do I take care of my Karito Kids World Collection doll's hair?
GIA'S HAIR CARE INSTRUCTIONS
You may wash Gia's hair with cool to lukewarm water using a mild shampoo and conditioner. Never wash synthetic hair with hot water as this might damage the fibers. Rinse thoroughly in cool water. Do not blow dry. Instead, pat dry with a towel and let hair dry completely before brushing. For added hair play fun, spray on a mild conditioner. However, brushing should work fine without having to use any product. Use a wig brush, or a brush made for animal fur (like a cat brush) with wire bristles to get out any knots and frizz.
LING'S HAIR CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Try not to unbraid Ling's hair. Wash with cool to lukewarm water with a mild shampoo and conditioner. Never wash synthetic hair with hot water as this might damage the fibers. Rinse thoroughly in cool water. Do not blow dry. Pat dry with a towel and let hair dry completely before brushing. Or just spray on mild "leave in" conditioner for added hair play fun. Use a wig brush, or a brush made for animal fur (like a cat brush) with wire bristles to get out any knots and frizz.
LULU'S HAIR CARE INSTRUCTIONS
It is best not to brush Lulu's hair. Instead, finger-comb it. You may use a very wide pick instead, but using only fingers works best. To get out knots or frizz out of Lulu's hair, use a mild spray-on conditioner. Spray it on and gently work it through her hair with your fingers. Then wrap a curl tightly around a small dowel or pencil, or twist hair with your fingers in the direction of the curl.
PITA'S HAIR CARE INSTRUCTIONS
You may wash Pita's hair w with cool to lukewarm water using a mild shampoo and conditioner. Never wash synthetic hair with hot water as this might damage the fibers. Rinse thoroughly in cool water. Do not blow dry. Instead, pat dry with a towel and let hair dry completely before brushing. For added hair play fun, spray on a mild conditioner.
